Welcome to PowerYou AI (“PowerYou,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). PowerYou AI is a Delaware corporation operating in the personal development and wellness space.
By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
By using PowerYou AI, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user does not meet eligibility requirements.
2. Nature of the Services
PowerYou AI provides tools designed to support self-discovery, emotional awareness, reflection, and personal growth.

By submitting User Content, you grant PowerYou AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences resulting from it.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, trademarks, and materials provided by PowerYou AI are owned by or licensed to PowerYou AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by law.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Services may generate responses using artificial intelligence. To generate responses, certain user inputs (such as messages and conversation context) may be processed by third-party AI service providers. These providers process the data solely to enable the functionality of the Services and are required to maintain appropriate privacy and security protections.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or imperfect
- You should not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, or other professional decisions
- You remain responsible for how you interpret and use any output

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
9. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features of the Services may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed and managed by Apple in accordance with Apple’s payment policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the user’s Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
PowerYou AI does not process payment information directly for subscriptions purchased through the App Store.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- PowerYou AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to PowerYou AI, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PowerYou AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your User Content
12. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice through the Services.
Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time.
